What is MultiRezer?

Ever since the iPhone 4 was released, Apple has put developers in a constant state of panic while developing their apps. The resolution exactly doubled the original iPhone, giving developers two choices; do nothing and have the iPhone scale the graphics (resulting in blurry/pixelated graphics) or create two versions of every graphic (one high resolution, one low resolution). The problem gets even worse for cross platform development, when porting a project from an iPhone to an Android phone and vice-versa, there's just way too many devices and resolutions to worry about.
